Hyundai has over 20 commercial vehicle service centers nationwide, which are all capable of servicing our light and medium commercial vehicles. At all of them are staffed with highly trained specialist staff who are ready and waiting to ensure that every minute you spend with your Hyundai is time well spent.
Hyundai’s recent strategic alliance with FlexiFleet has further enhanced our service offering. FlexiFleet has always been associated with the provision of specialized fleet management services to the commercial vehicle market. Through Hyundai’s alliance with FlexiFleet our customers now have access to FlexiFleet Workshops - a division of FlexiFleet. Its national footprint of 16 workshops and 5 panel repair shops gives added peace of mind. In addition FlexiFleet workshops also offer 24/7 stand-by service and will even service your vehicle on a Saturday.
Every FlexiFleet Workshop has been fully accredited by Hyundai and is constantly monitored to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
FlexiFleet will offer the following services for our Universe Busses as well as our HD65 & HD72 trucks:
- Servicing of our Universe Busses and HD65 & HD72 trucks— Only in the areas where Hyundai do not have truck servicing dealers.
- After-hours servicing They can assist with after-hours servicing provided that the specific dealer has been notified 48 hours in advance.
- Mechanical breakdown assistance A technician will go out to the breakdown. The technician will be dispatched from the closest dealer to the breakdown and they have 24 hour access to the serviceable parts they have in stock at that time.

Not only is every part marked with a recycling code, but Hyundai actively participates in ensuring that none of its products becomes a long-term pollutant. In fact our care for the environment extends right from the drawing board to the recycling plant.
